New cruise will be launched in Messina

In the city of Messina, Administration of city port and representatives of Top Cruises company, one of the largest cruise company on Italian market, declared the opening of a new cruise route. The name of the cruise is "Spagna&Tunisia". "Spagna&Tunisia" will take its start from Messina port in June 2008. To create the new route Top Cruise made already big investments in tourist market of Sicily and Calabria.

It will be the first of such a kind of project for Top Cruises in Sicily. Messina will be the “test ground” where company plans on checking the effectiveness for Sicily’s ports to use them for launching other cruises.

Cruise "Spagna&Tunisia" (Spain&Tunisia) will use board of Ocean Dream cruise liner. It will be a kind of “all inclusive tour”. The cruise route was developed with assistance of Spanish navigating company Pullmantur Cruises. According the route, liner will leave Messina port to visit step by step cities of Civitavecchia, Villefranche, Barcelona, Tunisia and La Valletta and go back to Sicily after.

Top Cruises already launched big advertising in Italy. Some cruise operators were invited by the company to roadshow for several cities of Sicily. There were also published special paper guide exclusively for "Spagna&Tunisia" cruise. The guide will appear in many travel agencies all over Sicily and Calabria.
