Another historical trace leads to the Mulino Passo dell'Olmo. It was built in 1872 to grind grain and used the water of the Favoscuro stream. Grain milling there remained of fundamental importance to the local economy until the middle of the 20th century. The mill therefore represents not just a single building, but also an important part of the area's economic history.
